How do I sign up for Get Rent Quick® ?
1. Download And complete the form in the enrolment package.
2. Submit completed forms by fax or scanned copies by email:

Can Get Rent Quick® debit commercial tenants?

Yes. If your tenant plans to debit from a commercial bank account, then they will need to submit a completed Tenant Enrollment Agreement with a letter (typed on the bank's letterhead) from the tenant's bank that confirms the following:

* Business name on the bank account
* Tenant's name
* Bank routing number
* Bank account number
* Type of account (checking or savings)

Does Get Rent Quick® guarantee a successful rent collection?
While using Get Rent Quick® ’s Services can greatly increase the likelihood of collecting rent on time, it does not guarantee property managers/owners/home owner associations will successfully collect rent or fees every month.

Tenants must have sufficient funds in their bank account for Get Rent Quick® to collect successfully. Additionally, Get Rent Quick® will only process rents with the consent of both the property manager/landlord and the tenant. The property manager/landlord or the tenant may stop the upcoming debit up to 2 business days prior to each month's Debit day..

Do tenants/HOA members need to have Internet access to use Get Rent Quick® ?
Tenants/HOA members do not have to have a computer or Internet access to use Get Rent Quick® .
Tenants/HOA members who provide an e-mail address will receive a monthly payment reminder.

How safe is using Get Rent Quick® ?
Get Rent Quick® provides following safeguards to its customers:

How do my tenants/members sign up for Get Rent Quick®?
Simply Click here to receive enrollment materials by e-mail, or contact us at Get Rent Quick® 1.800.517.5260.

The enrollment process is fast and easy:

1. You complete your Property Manager Enrollment Agreement and submit it with a voided check.
2. Tenants complete their Tenant Enrollment Agreement and submit it with a blank voided permanent check.
3. After we notify you, you log into your Get Rent Quick® account and indicate rent amounts and lease expiration dates for your enrolled tenants.

That's it! Once your account is set-up, payments are made automatically every month.

How long does it take to get set-up with Get Rent Quick®?
Enrollment materials should be submitted to Get Rent Quick® at least two weeks prior to the first debit of a tenant.

What happens after my tenants and I enroll?
The following will occur automatically every month:

1. Tenants receive an email reminder informing them of the upcoming automatic rent payment.
2. Rent payments are debited from Tenants’ account on the day rent is due, or following banking day if due date isn’t a banking day.
3. Your bank account is credited three banking days later.

What if my tenant does not have permanent checks or only has a savings account?
Your tenant can still use Get Rent Quick®. However, they will need to submit a completed Tenant Enrollment Agreement with a letter (typed on the bank's letterhead) from the tenant's bank that confirms the following:

* Tenant's name

* Bank account number
* Type of account (checking or savings)

How do I know which tenants paid successfully?
On your credit day, a payment report is sent to you via e-mail.

What happens if tenants do not have enough funds in their bank account?
Get Rent Quick® will notify you via e-mail of tenants who failed their debit via Get Rent Quick®. You can elect to have us automatically try to recollect rent up to two times. You can choose how many days to wait between reattempts or select a ‘Smart Date’ such as the 15th of the month or following Friday. If you elect not to use Auto Recollect feature, Tenants will need to pay rent directly to you in a form such as a check or money order. Get Rent Quick® may assess a fee to the tenant for failed payment.

What happens when rent amounts change?
You simply log into your Get Rent Quick® account and update the rent amounts for the specified unit or call customer service at: 1.800.517.5260. To comply with Federal Regulation E, these changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the tenant’s upcoming debit.

What happens if my tenant changes banks?
Simply have your tenant submit a new Tenant Enrollment Agreement (making sure to mark the box for "Bank Account Change") along with a blank voided permanent check (of the new bank account). You may print the Tenant Enrollment Agreement by logging into your Get Rent Quick® account, selecting "Access Forms," and selecting the tenant enrollment form for the appropriate debit day.

If your tenant does not have permanent checks, then have them provide a letter (typed on the bank's letterhead) from the tenant's bank that confirms the following:

* Tenant's name
* Bank routing number
* Bank account number
* Type of account (checking or savings)

What happens if I change banks?
Simply submit a new Property Manager Enrollment Agreement (making sure to mark the box for "Bank Account Change") along with a voided check (of the new bank account). You may print the Property Manager Enrollment Agreement by logging into your Get Rent Quick® account, selecting "Access Forms," and selecting the property enrollment form for the appropriate debit day.

What is Get Rent Quick®'s rent limit?
The maximum dollar amount allowed for any month is $10,000.00 per tenant.
