Get Rent Quick® provides you with a quick, simple, safe, and cost-effective way to electronically collect rent and fees from your tenants or HOA members. Headquartered in Bellevue's downtown area, Get Rent Quick® was founded in 2007 by a team of seasoned executives with experience in Property Management, Banking, and IT.

In 2004, the founders bought their first investment property in Santa Barbara, California. Managing the property gave them insight into obstacles landlords run into on daily basis. They found rent collections to be the most demanding task with obstacles such as late checks, bounced checks, worrying if checks would clear or not was an ongoing issue.

Responding to the anxiety of rent collection, they looked to the market place for a cost-effective solution that was easy, reliable, and targeted to smaller and midsized property owners, managers and HOA's. To their surprise, they did not find any offerings, just expensive big company solutions costing thousands of dollars per year. Therefore, they decided to build and implement an affordable “big company” rent payment solution for themselves and other small to midsize property owners, managers and HOAs just like them.
